Traditional sewage treatment plants offered by JFC consist of a septic tank with a percolation system. Septic tanks are designed to remove suspended solids from domestic wastewater from residential buildings, using sedimentation, flotation, and filtration processes, as well as fermentation of the sludge resulting from retained solids. After preliminary treatment in the septic tank, the wastewater is directed to a drainage system, which consists of perforated pipes laid in the ground and through which the wastewater percolates. During their flow through its layers, biological processes occur, further purifying the wastewater under aerobic conditions.
