The hydraulic manure scraper system is a simple and reliable scraping system designed for open alleys in freestall barns, pig barns, and poultry houses. It can operate in extreme conditions, from very low to high temperatures. The scraper is powered by a quiet hydraulic power unit connected to hydraulic cylinders placed in each channel. One hydraulic power unit can serve up to 6 scraping channels. The hydraulic cylinder moves a rail that, through reciprocating motion, moves the scraping element along the entire length of the channel. The scraping element moves in increments and stops for a few seconds to avoid stressing the animals (they can easily pass over it). The system is controlled by an easy-to-use panel. Each channel has its own timer and switch. Their operations can be programmed individually or sequentially. It is also possible to set the scraper to stop at any desired position.
